Refund Policy

Eligible new products may be returned whether the concern is a defect or a non-defective change of mind, and we accept eligible exchange requests. Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery to begin.

Condition and eligibility

A non-defective item must be new, unused, and complete with its original packaging, labels, accessories, and supplied parts. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed goods can also be reported. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

Request and mailing process

Email gulustansemiz@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, reason, and photographs or video where relevant. Wait for approval before mailing anything. Approval confirms the correct return address and instructions; the General mailing address is not automatically the return warehouse. A free prepaid return label is included in the parcel. If it is missing or lost, contact us for help. No restocking fee is charged, and exchanges depend on available stock.

Refund timing

After approval, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
