Shipping Policy

This page explains how an authorized Supergoop order is prepared, handed to a carrier, and supported while in transit.

Preparation and travel time

We normally prepare an order within 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Carrier transit is then estimated at 4–6 business days. Weekends, applicable holidays, severe weather, remote-area service, and carrier congestion can affect these estimates.

Rates, addresses, and tracking

Available delivery services, charges, and any qualifying free-shipping offer are displayed at checkout. Please review the complete destination before placing the order. When tracking is issued, follow it for the latest carrier scan.

Delivery concerns

If a parcel is delayed, damaged, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, email gulustansemiz@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email, tracking record, and useful package photographs so the shipment can be investigated.
